Shipping and Delivery of Copper Seamless Tube
Every tube is capped at both ends; straight lengths are bundled 50–100 pieces with steel straps and wooden laths, palletized and shrink-wrapped. Premium alloys are individually wrapped in kraft or non-woven protection — copper alloys mark easily, and the packing is built around that

End capping and sealing — Tubes are typically capped at both ends (often plastic or metal caps) and sometimes vacuum-sealed or individually wrapped to prevent moisture ingress and maintain cleanliness. 

Bundling — Straight tubes are bundled together (e.g., 50–100 pieces per bundle, depending on size) using steel straps, steel wire, plastic straps, or reinforced with wooden laths. Palletizing — Bundles are placed on wooden or metal pallets for stability, often shrink-wrapped or strapped securely. This is standard for larger or longer straight lengths. 

Coils — Soft or coiled tubes (common in refrigeration/ACR types) are coiled into reels or boxes, sometimes with protective wrapping. Additional protection — For premium or precision tubes, plastic film, kraft paper, or non-woven fabrics may wrap bundles to avoid surface marks. Larger or custom orders may use wooden crates or boxes. 

Documentation — Shipments often include quality certificates, test reports, and material data sheets.
