FAQ

  • Q Do you supply cut-to-length and non-standard sizes?

A Yes. With in-house extrusion, drawing, and bright-annealing lines, we produce non-standard OD and wall-thickness combinations, cut-to-length tubes, and special tempers across both the pure copper and alloy ranges — send your drawing for a 24-hour reply.
  • Q What is your MOQ and lead time for copper tubes?

A Unlike large mills that require 1,000 kg+ minimums, we accept flexible MOQs and welcome trial orders. Stock sizes ship quickly, and custom production typically runs 15–30 business days. Send your specification for an exact quotation — we reply within 24 hours.
  • Q What documents ship with each order?

A very batch is delivered with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate covering chemical composition and mechanical properties, together with 100% eddy current and hydrostatic test records — the documentation experienced importers require for incoming inspection and traceability.
  • Q Which grades do you manufacture, and can you match my local standard (ASTM / EN / JIS / GB)?

A We produce pure copper grades C11000 (T2), C12200 (TP2), C12000 (TP1), and C10200 (TU1), plus alloy series from C21000 to C68700 — manufactured to ASTM, EN, JIS, and GB standards. Send the grade designation used in your market and our engineers will confirm the exact equivalent within 24 hours.
  • Q What is the difference between a pure copper tube and a copper alloy (brass) tube?

A    A pure copper (red copper) tube is ≥99.9% unalloyed copper with the highest thermal and electrical conductivity — first choice for air conditioning, plumbing, and heat transfer. Copper alloy tubes (brass and bronze series) trade some conductivity for higher strength, hardness, and machinability at lower cost, with dezincification-resistant grades for seawater. See our Pure Copper Tube and Copper Seamless Tube pages for full specifications.
  • Q What is the difference between red copper tube and pure copper tube?

A  They are the same product — "red copper" describes the natural color of unalloyed copper (≥99.9% Cu). Both terms refer to seamless tubes in grades like C11000 (T2) and C12200 (TP2), as opposed to yellow brass tubes which are copper-zinc alloys.
  • Q Which grade should I choose — C11000, C12200, C12000 or C10200?

A  C12200 (TP2) for anything brazed or welded (ACR, plumbing, heat exchangers); C11000 (T2) for electrical conductivity; C12000 (TP1) when you need TP2's weldability with higher conductivity; C10200 (TU1) oxygen-free for vacuum and electronics. Send your drawing for a free grade recommendation.
  • Q What sizes do you supply, and in which forms?

A    OD 3–108 mm (1/8"–4-1/4") including all ACR sizes from 3/16" to 7/8", wall 0.3–5.0 mm — as straight lengths, pancake coils (15 m / 30 m / 50 ft), and LWC, in soft annealed to hard drawn tempers.
  • Q Do your copper tubes meet ASTM B280 / B88 / EN 1057 / EN 12735, and can you prove i

A  Yes. Every batch ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate plus chemical composition, mechanical property, eddy current, and pressure test reports — the exact documentation experienced importers ask for.
  • Q How do you guarantee the quality of custom sheet metal components and industrial pipe assemblies?

A  Quality assurance is embedded in our CNC metal processing workflows. We utilize advanced measurement tools to verify tight tolerances for every precision metal part. Additionally, we supply comprehensive inspection reports and high-resolution, factory-style documentation, ensuring your custom sheet metal enclosures, brackets, or tube components meet global industrial standards before export.
  • Q Are you a direct sheet metal factory or a trading company in China?

A  We are a Leading Manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art sheet metal processing and tube manufacturing facility. By partnering directly with a leading manufacturer, global B2B sourcing managers gain access to optimized OEM metal fabrication costs, scalable production capacity, and direct engineer-to-engineer technical support, completely eliminating middleman markups.
  • Q What raw materials are used in your precision metal manufacturing and custom tube fabrication processes?

A  To ensure superior structural integrity, our dedicated production lines focus exclusively on high-grade materials. We are experts in forming carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, and alloy steel pipes. Please note: to maintain our specialized tight tolerances in sheet and tube processing, our fabrication scope explicitly excludes thick metal plates (heavy plate fabrication).

  • Q What is a Precision Rolled Tube?

A  A Precision Rolled Tube is a high-accuracy metal tube manufactured through cold rolling or cold drawing processes to achieve tight dimensional tolerances, smooth surface finish, and consistent mechanical properties. It is widely used in industries that demand reliability and precision.
  • Q What are the main advantages of straight seam welded pipes?

    A
    • Cost-Effective: Straight seam welded pipes are typically more affordable to produce compared to seamless pipes.

    • Good Strength: The straight seam weld offers strong integrity and resistance to pressure.

    • Flexibility: These pipes can be used in a wide range of applications.

    • Standard Sizes: They are available in various sizes and specifications.

  • Q What are the main advantages of welded stainless steel pipe?

    A
    • Lower cost — More economical to produce than seamless, especially in larger diameters and thinner walls.
    • Wide availability — Easier to produce in long lengths, large diameters, and various wall thicknesses.
    • Better tolerances — Often tighter dimensional control and concentricity.
    • Suitable for many applications — Ideal for low- to medium-pressure uses, structural, decorative, and general corrosive environments.
